It is always prep season. The master of preparation is education and repetition. The beneficial practice of setting intention/centering reminds us to approach the next moment by bringing all that we have learned, while remaining grounded in a relaxed body. As we center within ourselves by sharing our inner lives with the creative force, we may hear the motivating voice whispering, “Everything you do prepares you for the next thing you’ll be doing.” Just keep returning to center. Before any encounter, any next moment, remember who you are, what you are, and who you are with…ground yourself. It is always prep season!

After the prep season, live there in full presence, always re-centering in the spiritual values considered ideal. Remain in constant contact with the creative force with its insights and leadings, while adhering to those spiritual values. Arrive with no expectations, except to persist as an open student listener and simultaneously a humble teacher, ready to impart higher truth in the language your audience can receive. Perhaps this means simply living as an example or dwelling in silence, without thinking about what you will have to reply, holding sacred space for the spiritual growth of others. Understand that listening more deeply than the superficial, truly interested in hearing where they are at and accepting their pace of learning. Seek similarity to find the unity through which you may eventually extrapolate upon.

Remaining centered and being present augments cosmic insight, spiritual discernment, expanding awareness of the audience, an essential tool in communication. Asking open and honest, non-judgemental questions can help to clarify the capacity of understanding of the audience, their level of receptivity, and to identify their level of communication. By assessing where they are, and who they are, we can understand how to navigate the communication, eliciting the highest versions of each involved. Reading the room (becoming aware of the opinions and attitudes of a group of people that you are talking to) is vital to experiencing unifying communication. Since most communication is non-verbal, it is imperative that we increase our skills of awareness, or spiritual discernment, of the audience.

Powerful, compassionate speaking is the access to creating unifying communication, outwardly expressing spiritual values. It is both creative and dynamic, not only through words, yet energetic frequency provoked by thoughts/feelings and body language. Speaking with sensitivity to who is in the room/audience alters everyday speaking into an experience where people feel heard. Speak to souls. See them as the creative force sees them. This is an invitation to assess aspects of living in authentic integrity, honest acceptance, and respectful tact, bearing more fruits of the divine spirit. Acknowledging the sharing of others by honoring what they have said, either by mirroring or with empathetic communication, and creating/holding sacred space for the spiritual growth of others, is the foundation for the ascension of energetic frequency, body language, and words chosen.

While preparing through centering, the inquiry is toward spirit helpers; while existing in full presence, the inquiry is toward the constant flow of inner guidance; and while being aware of the audience, inquiry is toward maintaining discernment. This section is literally about the questions posed to draw out the audience. The most obvious expression of spiritual values found here is curiosity. Remain humble, open, and willing as questions bring out the unique answers, received with full acceptance. The best single mark of an honest, open question is that the questioner could not possibly anticipate the answer to it (Center for Courage and Renewal). Seen here, the suggestion is to ask questions that are thought-provoking, open-ended, and not leading to giving advice.
